IBC Implementation Report
INSOL India joined hands with SIPI, ASSOCHAM and Edelweiss to prepare a report to make recommendations and suggestions on the implementation of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The focus of the report was on stakeholders' responsibilities and duties in making the Code a success.
The report was launched by the Minister of State for Finance, Arjun Ram Meghwal on the eve of ASSOCHAM INSOL India Conference held on 28-29 April 2017.
