Notification under Section 10A of IBC

The notification extends the application of Section 10A for three more months thereby which effectively disabling the filing of applications for initiation of corporate insolvency resolution of corporate debtors till 25th March 2021. This would extend the suspension period to a total of one year which is the maximum permissible time under Section 10A.
