Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) (Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of powers under section 239 read with sections 7,8,9 and 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, the Central Government has amended the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules 2016, as per its notification dated September 24, 2020. The amendments relate to service of notice on the corporate debtor.
