Filing Returns under Section 31 of the Banking Regulation Act

The Reserve Bank of India vide its notification dated October 13, 2020, has notified that the period for furnishing returns under Section 31 of the Banking Regulation Act for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020, has been extended by a further period of three months in terms of the first proviso to Section 31 read with Section 56 of the Act.
