Dr. Ankeeta Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Law, at Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has a teaching experience of over 5 years. She was previously teaching at National Law University Odisha, India. Her research is focussed around Insolvency Laws having completed research projects from IIIPI, IBBI etc. She has completed her PhD from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the area of Insolvency Laws. She has been teaching various subjects under the umbrella of corporate and insolvency laws.
Dr. Gupta is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore having completed her Masters in Business Laws from the prestigious Institute. She has completed her BA.LLB(Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Dr. Gupta is an avid writer with book on Chit Funds and publications on various corporate law areas to her credit including representations at the INSOL’s RIAF, and other such conferences.
