She has extensive experience advising Indian and Multinational banks and clients in Banking & Finance related transactions including all manner of Debt Transactions (secured, limited recourse and syndicated), Project Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Financing, Debt Restructuring, Security creation and General Banking Products. She leads the Debt Capital Markets segment of the Capital Markets practice at the firm. More recently she has been actively involved in the resolution of stressed companies and assets under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy procedures acting across the spectrum, for Lenders, Resolution Professionals and Bidders.
She has also been actively involved in advising banks and large Indian corporates in raising debt capital in the Indian and overseas markets. She has also been at the forefront in developing the Infrastructure Investments Funds practice where the firm is now a market leader.
