Individual Housing Loans – Rationalisation of Risk Weights

The Reserve Bank of India by its notification dated October 16, 2020, has notified rationalisation of risk weights irrespective of the amount as a countercyclical measure. This will apply to all loans sanctioned with effect from October 16, 2020,, upto March 31, 2022.
