MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIPOF INSOL INDIA

INSOL India has a two-tier membership-Members and Associate Members. An applicant seeking enrollment as Member of INSOL India has to become a Member of INSOL International on payment of yearly subscription to INSOL International. An Associate Member does not have a right to participate and vote in the general Body meetings of INSOL India.

Membership of the INSOL-India is open to the following categories of persons:

Judges
Senior Advocates
Advocates
Chartered Accountants
Company Secretaries
Law Firms, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary Firms
Financial Institutions
Banks
Stock Exchanges
Insurance Companies
Any other Category which the Executive Committee may specify

ADMISSION TO MEMBERSHIP OF INSOL-INDIA AND SUBSCRIPTION ETC.
Evey applicant who fulfills the aforesaid eligibility criteria and who desires to become Member/Associate Member of INSOL India, has to apply to the INSOL India Secretariat, New Delhi in the prescribed form.
