Membership Criteria
Following are eligible for Individual Membership:
- Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Judges, Academics, Bankers, Valuers and other related insolvency professionals.
- Fees: Rs. 3500 (inclusive 18% GST) per annum including fee of INSOL International membership.
There is 50% discount for academics which is applicable on the INSOL India membership fee component. INSOL International is payable in full.
Membership of judges and NCLT members is complimentary. INSOL International is payable in full.
IPA can become Member Association of INSOL India in the category of Member Associations.
