INSOL India is an association of Judges, Lawyers, Chartered
Accountants, Company Secretaries and bodies such as Financial
Institutions, Banks and Insurance Companies interested in
the understanding, promotion and advancement of laws, in
particular, law of insolvency and related laws.
INSOL India is the first association of its own kind in
India, which brings together under one banner, intellectuals
from different fields. INSOL India is visualised to develop
into an institution for the development of laws and a forum
for debate and discussion on law and policy.
The aim of INSOL India is to take a leadership role in
international insolvency and fiscal issues and policies
as well as other areas of concern and also to facilitate
an exchange of information and ideas amongst member professionals.
INSOL India is a non-commercial and non-profitable association.
